Michael Murphy's Epic Anti-Gun Artwork for the DNC
It’s a fight to the death for Superdelegates this week at the Democratic National Convention in Philly, but artist Michael Murphy is taking the opportunity to protest America’s killing power (and supremely piss off the NRA) with his new sculpture at the nearby political art show Truth to Power presented by Rock the Vote as a call to action this election season. Constructed of dozens of suspended black gun sculptures—ranging from handguns to assault rifles, the installation is a perspective piece that changes in shape as the viewer walks around it.
